not outright, but subtly, like through body language and what not. his body language doesn't seem to be against it, but he's not flirting outright with me either. what is going on! i feel like it's so comfortable to flirt with him like this. I feel like I can't help it; I'm just attracted to him! and i'm usually shy around guys I like. we're both 18 btw

As a direct answer to your title question: What does it mean if a guy ALLOWS you to subtly flirt with him?
Well, if he;s allowing it to happen, maybe he doesnt mind? Maybe he even likes it? Or maybe he doesnt know youre flirting? Try teasing and making it REALLY, DRAMATICALLY obvious and see what happens then.(if it doesnt work out nicely, pretend it was a joke :D )
