Ok well unfortunately you will go though this in life, break-ups, not understanding, not knowing. You have to kiss a few frogs before you meet your prince. I know it seems like the hardest thing in the world when you break up with someone. I've been there many times. Everyone will say this, but it's absolutely true...You'll get over it. Time is a healer. As for the Mental Health problems, well i've been there too. If you really do feel your suffering with Mental Health problems, even if it's just depression...go to the doctor. I avoided it for years. I went to the doctor for help with severe depression when I was 14 and he wouldn't help me. I got into the mindset that no one wanted to help. But you keep going until you get the right help for you. Believe me, it's too hard to do on your own. If you have a good relationship with a girlfriend or parent then confide in them. There is light at the end of the tunnel :) Good luck ]
You can start over and meet a new guy one day. I always think its better to run your life with out a boyfriend and let the right one to just slip right in unexpectedly. ]
well now you can just go back to before having a boyfriend when it was still about you and your friends. just get out and have fun just because it ended with one relationship doesn't mean you wont have another that could be better than the last. cheer up things will start looking better soon enough for you.

Just keep yourself busy, and around friends. get up, eat. go to school or work or both what ever your usual routine is. one day you will wake up and it won't hurt as much. But it just takes time. And you will find someone somuch better!! ]
