Why Does This Make Me So Angry?
Everytime I see a fight or leftovers of a gang fight, it makes me super mad. I can watch a hockey fight fine but why does this make me so mad? I was watching TV once and someone got shot when people were trying to steal cattle from another farm and I got so mad that I had to leave and hide on my bunkbed for 10 minutes. I closed myself in by stacking my pillows up arounds me and I cried there. This was the worst time, it was the only time that I got so mad I cried. This is the only thing that makes me so mad. Why do you thing this is? I have always liked to play fight and sword fight.

You may feel this way because as growing up something may have happened to you, traumatic and now everytime you see stff like thisnit brings back those angry fears of yours. We do not know for sure. I say you see a therapist if you want this cured.
