I am not allowed on my laptop at night and when I even think about getting on, I feel as if God is next to me saying NO!!!! And when I do get on such as right now, I feel soooo badly. Also, a teacher got mad at me because of something she thought I did but it was really somebody else. When I got home I stressed so much that I had to lie down and couldn't do anything else for the next couple of minutes. When I was 6 I got shingles from stress and I haven't stressed like this for a while. Why is it coming back now?
Everyone sometimes needs moments to themselves. When you feel this way you should try to do something you enjoy doing. Read, Write, Watch a good movie, Go for a walk etc. Why do you feel stressed? Figure out the source of the problem and try to solve it. If you don't think you should go on the laptop then take a day off it, Do something else you enjoy doing.
How is your diet? Sometimes certain foods can cause our bodies to become more stressed. Make sure you are getting plenty of water, fruits and vegetables.
I know this sounds weird but the best medicine for stress is meditation. Meditation is known to help fears, anxiety, stress and in many cases it helps people stay calm and relaxed.
There are even some good healing music you can listen to online here is a good link: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) (Just type in mediation and a good list will pop up)

If you feel really guilty just don't do it! As you may feel stress depending on you age which you did not mention because at ages 10-20 you may feel stress as your hormones are changing and your body send weird signals to you brain that make you stressed or sometimes depressed. I would also like to say at 6 it's hard to know what stress is. Well sorry and hope you feel better! [ babymoby's advice column | Ask babymoby A Question ]
