I need a hot body in time for spring break!

Question Posted Saturday January 14 2012, 9:17 pm

I am a college student and I'll be goig on a cruise in the Bahamas for spring break. I am very skinny (100 lbs and I'm 5'3") but I want to be toned and have mire defined abs especially. What is a good work out routine that will get me more toned within the next 2 months?

First, you should work out an exercise plan. This way, you have a basic outline to follow to prevent working too much or too little. Also, don't do too much of the same thing. For example, don't just do ab exercises. Balance it out by doing different exercises for different muscles. A really helpful website is ehow.com and just search exercises. They have tons of different choices and gives great tips on exercising. Good luck :)
