What does it mean when my gf urine blood ?

I take it she's not on her period?
Blood in urine can mean many different things, ranging from the food she's been eating (has she had beetroot?) to something which will need medical attention (like an infection for example)
Is there a lot of blood? Is it dark red/bright red? Any pains anywhere? Any chance she could have contracted an STD such as Chlamydia?
Your girlfriend will need to see a doctor because as you can see, the list is endless as to what it could be.
She will need to go asap, because she may need treatment.
