Cold sores

So I have gotten my first cold sore from who knows where. Anyways, I didn't feel it coming and its on my lower lip on my right. Its on the whole left side of my lower lip. It takes up half of my lip.
So yeah, I went to the doctors on Monday because it was pretty bad. I had it since last Friday. They gave me 2 pills to take 3 times a day. So I'm taking 6 pills a day.
So it has gotten better.
It looked really bad a couple of days ago and I hate how I look. I start school on Monday so do you think it will look any better than it does now?
It's just the scab now and I've had it for 2 days. I don't know how long these usually last?
I think it was pretty bad because it all happened on the same day. I was sick, on my period, and then this cold sore.
I just don't want to start school again with a big scab on my lip..

Awe it'll be fine. I've never had one but my friend gets them a lot. And if your on medicine it should be pretty clear within three days. Don't load a bunch of Make up over it though it will irritate it. Feel better!
