I have an addiction.....

I need serious help, I have an addiction to bite my nails and it doesnt look pretty. Any ideas how i can stop. I dont want to end up like my dad who has like his nails are all pealed back. I used to have beautiful finger nails but now I have started biting and i have been doing this for about 4 or 5 years. Please HELP!!!

Try painting your nails. You can use clear if you want.The polish makes your nails taste terrible. Or you could use the "bracelet technique" You wear a bracelet on your wrist. When you catch yourself biting your nails you switch the bracelet to the other wrist. Your goal is to wear your bracelet on the same wrist for 21 days. This should cure your addiction. Believe that you can do it!
