What do i do...???

So there's this guy and my best friend snd him used to like achother cause their family's were so close and then she hated him in 4th grade because she though he was a jerk and annoying. So he liked this othrr girl for 3 years now but then got over her so at the beginning of the year he had a huge crush on me and we txted a lot and then he got annoying so i sent a message saying that my phone was out of connection and no longer was set up so he believed me and stoped txting me then my brother told him that it wasn't true so he started txting me very little though (1 every 2 weeks) or less. So he got over me and was all depressed i didn't like him back. So we told eachother a lot about eachother after he got over me and he told me he liked this girl and i told him who i liked and we gave eachother idvice for eachother and we became close. So we joke w/ eachother at school and stuff and my brother is really good friends with him. so now I realize he has changed and I like him. How do i tell him? How do make him like me again? we still txt all though he doesn't ask to take pics of me like at the back 2 school picnic but really. he says he still kind of likes me. we're friends kinda. but what do i do. (sorry this was long)

If you feel as if you are good enough friends, I think you should tell him. Chances are, if he said he kinda likes you and he still talks to you, he probably likes you. Just be yourself and talk to him. Hope I helped :)
