It has happened. It depends on the type of ligation that was done but it is rare. The best thing to do is to have a pregnancy test done. You can start with a home pregnancy test. If that is positive visit you gyn for a blood test.
It just may be coincidence that you are sick with symptoms mimicking pregnancy. Signs of pregnancy this soon is possible but it just may be you are also working off some type of bug. Wait a week before taking the home pregnancy test and go from there.

It's a rare occurrence, but sometimes women with their tubes tied can still become pregnant. I would suggest, that if you believe that you are pregnant, to go out and buy some pregnancy tests, or go to your doctor and have them do an HGC level test. (HGC is the hormone produced when pregnancy occurs) But there are also occurrences where it could be a "phantom pregnancy". If you believe you are pregnant, you could have signs of being pregnant, even without a fetus being present. Even hgc levels rise, as well as your tummy growing. Just like tied tube pregnancies, it is a rare occurrence. If signs show you are pregnant with HGC levels and what not, I would also request an ultrasound.
