not sure which college

Question Posted Tuesday December 20 2011, 10:25 pm

Socially, which college is more fun, the University of Maryland-College Park or the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor? I have heard that michigan is SO competitive and there are lots of spoiled Long Islanders. I'm from ny and hoping to get away from that crowd. on the other hand, i've heard maryland isnt as spirited and fun as michigan. any insight?

if you want a college that kicks ass on the social scale, University of Georgia. but, from what I hear from my buddies in michigan, ann arbor's a pretty wild place too. just a thought, but should you really be concerned about the fun factor of a college at this point? what major are you going for? which university's program will give you the best chance for success?
consider these, in addition to your original question.
