Can a person lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks if they eat healthy, workout and run etc?

Can I lose 10 pounds by January 5th?

Probably not. You may lose a lot of water weight if you clean up your diet, but unless you eat unhealthily or very low calories, you will not lose weight this fast. If you do manage to drop 10 pounds in 2 weeks (and good luck with doing that over the holidays), it's very likely you will put it straight back on and then some when you stop restricting your intake.
