My Ex-Boyfriend
I can't get over him.
I have a new boyfriend, and I moved into a whole different state.
But every second I spend with my boyfriend, I want to be with my ex boyfriend.
But I'm so over him.

I know you sound contradictory but I understand. It's like you have accepted that you are in love with your new boyfriend but your mind keeps wondering 'what if?'.
I spit with my fiancé 7 months ago and at first we saw each other every time he came home but that has stopped in the last 4 months or so.
My own trick is to concentrate on making my current relationship work by keeping my mind firmly on what I can do to make it work this time. I have started doing more chores and random acts of love and kindness like lunch and cups of coffee, just little things but they make a difference.
I guess you have to ask yourself what you really want as well. I have just suggested what to do if you really believe you are over your ex. If not maybe it is time to consider the possibility of going back? Try asking how he feels about you and build on it if there is a chance of you making amends.
It is too late for me to go back, I broke my ex's heart moving on so quickly and I do not expect him to forgive me anytime soon. I just want him to be happy and find a girl who will do right by him where I could not.
Please think harder about what you think is the best way to deal with this, it is about you and the man you think you will be happiest with.
