this is so true. well last night i went to the new guy's house and he started making out with me and trying to touch me. he kept telling me he doesn't want to use me. i believe him a little bit but then i don't know. he tells me he wants me to go out with him, he even asked me out and i said not yet, but then again he tried to touch me and lick me. I don't get this.

first of all does this new guy knows you are in a relationship with someone? if so he is not giving you any time to finalize anything with your current bf or maybe desperate to have you in his life.
if he does not know i think you should tell him and that might be why he is acting like that.
before you make any decision of who you would be with, have a short conversation with the new guy ask him questions like what about you inspires him etc...
then ask yourself if that's the kind of attention you like from a guy.
now ask you current bf if he loves you and why(not too suspicious that he has to be wondering why you ask such question)
and i think from here you should know which one of these guys you should be with.
