Is it possible for a person to lose 20- 25 pounds in less than 6 weeks if they eat healthy and work out a lot?

Possibly, but the person would either be close to starvation or working out far too much - both ways are extremely unhealthy and damaging. Optimistically the person would look to lose 2 pounds a week maximum, which would take 10-13 weeks. A more realistic estimate would be based on a 1 pound per week loss, meaning 20-25 weeks in total.
