4 Elements II Level 41... I am stuck!

I started to play a computer game called 4 Elements II. I'm on level 41 right at the last puzzle and I honestly cannot figure it out. If anyone has played this and passed this puzzle, can you PLEASE tell me how to do it?

... and it looks like you aren't the only one stuck on level 41.

The game is new enough that I wasn't able to find a walkthrough for it yet, so I suggest you get involved in that forum and add your voice to the list of people who are stuck in 4 Elements 2! :-)
