so today at a carnival my dad said wars on ur wrist n I said nothin thn my mom found out n said we r guna talk bout this later becuz I was with all my friends so what do I say when she talks to me because i am an emo

I agree with the previous comment but just to add when your parents do talk to you about it, you should tell them what's going on with you, what you're feeling, and why you're doing what you're doing. Your parents love you and only want to help you with anything that's bothering you.

Okay I didn't quiet understand what you said but I'm going to assume that you cut yourself?
Cutting yourself is not being emo, It is an emotional problem that needs to be addressed. "Emo" is a style, People can dress emo but that doesn't mean they all cut themselves. I had a friend in High school that was what we used to call back in the day "punk" and no he didn't cut himself. Anyway, Yes if you were my kid and I saw cuts on your wrist I probably would of reacted the same way your parents did it's not normal behavior.
