Question Posted Tuesday September 20 2011, 5:59 pm
I am the class of 2013, and my class has been reigning champ of the hallway decorating for 2 years consecutively. Now all the other grades are coming for our necks.
So...I need help with decorating ideas. Our theme this year is PARIS
we are already making the arc de triomphe, golden gate of versilles, Eiffel tower , and cute little cafes.
We have 72ft worth of wall on either side of the hallway.

1. You could print out some pictures of wine and cheeses and tape them to peoples' lockers & write their names on the pictures (unless there are lots of kids in your class, in which case you could skip writing the names.)
2. Write some french phrases on some posters and hang them around the hallway. Make them colorful!
3. If you have any good artists in your class, have them draw some important artistic or historical figures of french culture and hang them up.
4. Get some girls together & figure out some nice outfits to imitate Parisian style.
5. If you're allowed to, have someone bring a boombox that plays music referencing the french, such as that new Ooh La La song.
6. Hang up some streamers of the colors of the french flag, or hang up some mini french flags on lockers or classroom doors.
