What are some good excises that will help you loose stomach fat quickly?,
i dont want to get a six pack or lots of muscle, i just want to get thin.
what are some good excises for it? any suggestions are great thanks :)
if you want to get skinny you need to eat right. if you excersise and not eat right... it wont work.
what i do is i go on the tremill early morning before i leave the house and i dont eat anything before i go on the treadmill... but after i eat!
while going on this diet, you need to have eaten at least 1,200 calories a day or your body will go into a starvation mode, and you dont want that!
when you run, it works out everything! mostly your heart though!
if you want a flat stomach you have to do crunches.
but not normal hard ones... all you have to do is flex and do a 1/2 sit up... you will feel it in your stomach! do at least 50-100 a day! but you can't skip, you need to do it everyday or otherwise it wont work,
and dont think this is going to work over night haha (i wish it did) because it will take a long timee!
