- I have Verizon.
- I have a Samsung Reality.

Whenever I try to buy games recently, I get an error message that says, "Unable to verify your account information. Please call Customer Service."

I never used to get this message, I've bought games usuing my phone before. My phone internet works fine, I just used it to check Facebook today.
Customer Service just tells me to turn off my phone and/or take out my battery for twenty minutes. Neither of which have worked.

Does anybody have any idea on what could be wrong?

maybe its an issue with the card you are using? trying resetting the account info for the app store and filling it out again.
