LM answered Tuesday August 16 2011, 5:07 pm: They can, but it's not a guarantee. Taking artificial hormones (aka the pill) can cause your breasts to grow. However, if you're a teenager, it's possible that your breasts were going to grow anyways, and the size changes when you gain or lose weight (even a few pounds).
So, they aren't going to shrink because of the Pill. Expect a modest increase.
