I'm getting married at the end of September, and we've chosen a beautiful conservation area as our location. There's a large area around the building we get to use, and we're hoping to have a little fun with this.
The wedding will be about 90 people of all age groups. Dress is smart casual (think stuff you'd wear to a golf course) and we're going for a very casual feel: daytime ceremony, finger foods for lunch, no alcohol.
I'm trying to find ways to keep everyone occupied for the day, but not being very successful! The standard seems to be dancing, but we want to steer clear of the traditional. We want to try to keep it outside if possible because of the beautiful area, but we also need ways to keep people occupied inside if the weather is awful.
So far we've thought of having things like croquet and lawn bowling, but we're sort of stuck on other activities, especially the inside sort. Any ideas?
