I want to get pregnant
I want to have a baby with my boyfriend, we've been together for four years already and were both ready. How do I get pregnant? We've tries a few times but it didn't work, is their a certain way to do it or I'm I just gonna have to adopte or something. I'd appreciate some good feedback.

There are many options. First you make sure that when you are conceiving that you are ovulating. This will with pregnancy. There are things you can buy to see when you are ovulating. If this does not work because there may something wrong such as scarred tissue or something, you can have your boyfriend donate sperm to be implanted in you. A lot of couples do this when they are having trouble conceiving.
