Don't shave because hair usually comes out much thicker, as suggested before lasering, though i'm not sure whether you have to be 18 and over. Lasering depending on the body area does cost a fair bit, however look around and you're bound to find something at a suitable price, lasering usuing takes up to 6 session and the results are usually really good some time you're hairless forever and some the hair does grow back, however it grows back in 10 years or so.
