I think you should first of all not eat too much if you do before you go to bed , apparently drinking milk before bed lets you sleep well.. maybe I don't know if you tried it or not , if you have maybe try that it might help... also, you can try something like switching your sleeping patterns and see if that works. Try getting up. Drink some water and go back to bed.
If you lay there and stress out about it, sleep will be difficult. You could also try staying up half an hour longer before going to bed. Get some exercise during they day.
