Why does it hurt at first and what was the liquid? Me and my boyfriend have had sex twice so far and both times there was a lot of liquid. I understand that I get wet down there but there was a lot. the first time there was some on his bed. it was as if I peed. The second time there was a lot more. It got on his shirt but he laughed about it. I, on the other hand, was very embarrassed. What is it? I've had one partner before my boyfriend and we always used condoms but it's never happened to me before I got with my boyfriend. Another thing is with my first partner I never felt any pain. With my boyfriend, for the first few minutes it hurts really bad to the point where my eyes start to water. Is this all normal?

You are totally normal. It appears you may be a squirter. That is a turn on for most guys. So revel in that. The only thing that would be of any concern is if the liquid had an off smell to it, which could indicate an infection (easily treatable). But otherwise, relax, get it on and enjoy! ]
If its hurting its only because he is bigger than the other partner you had.... thats is normal and a good thing ;)... the excess fluid is normal too it just means he is good at what he does... look up female ejaculation... that should clear things up for you have fun ]
It's normal; don't be embarrassed. Your boyfriend probably laughed it off because it's not a big deal to him - in fact, being "wet" down there means you're more turned on (generally) because your body is designed to work that way. Assuming your boyfriend knows this, he was probably proud of himself and therefore didn't react too much ;)
Also, if you aren't using condoms anymore, there's nothing there to contain the ejaculate. So, more is obviously going to leak out; it has to go somewhere!
Remember that condoms prevent STDs and STIs (nothing else is as reliable & effective), and that you should be using another reliable form of contraception to prevent pregnancy... I'd hate to see you ask another question on here in a month: "Am I pregnant? We don't use condoms and I'm not on the pill". Unless you're TRYING to get pregnant, of course!
As for the pain, there's a lot of different factors here from your last partner: different guy (different size and shape), no condoms (from the way your question is worded) and most likely different positions and whatnot. It's normal to feel pain at first, especially your first few times with a new guy. However, if it's constant or a REALLY bad pain, seeing a gynecologist will put your mind at ease.
