underage drinking
me and my friends got caught with a bottle of alcohol and a few beers on vacation in new jersey. we're going to court for it but they didn't breathalize us or anything and we weren't drunk. what do you think they fine will be?? and what happens if you don't have the money then and there to pay for it?

My best friend got cought drinking she's 15 . You will go to court and pay @ least a 80 or 50$ fine not sure what it's like where you live but be more carful next time you drink.

You should hire a lawyer and they could get it down to disorderly conduct or even thrown out. Most likely you'll have it on your record, pay some major fines and no jail time. If you can't pay, they'll put you on a payment plan to pay over the course of a year. I hope this helps and good luck.
