Does sea salt with water really clean out your body?

I heard it cleanses out your colon, then I also heard that its bad for you. So is it good or bad?

You really aren't supposed to ingest salt water. You can use it for other purposes, like gargling to help a sore throat or mouth ulcers, or use it on wounds to help keep them from getting infected. I wouldn't drink it.
