Feeling too full?

Why do I feel soo full after I eat or drink the littlest things?? Also, why so I get so bloated looking like I'm pregnant?!

The reason you get so full so fast is because you are not used to eating so much.

But the reason you may be getting bloated is probably because you aren't eating the right things. Eat healthier things, because fatty acids in foods may be causing your bloating.

If this doesn't change, i suggest you call your doctor, or going to a nutritionist. (:

maybe you just have a small stomach.. thats good though that way you will eat less and not gainweight too fast :)
