different things work for different people, like for instance, when i want to stay up later i read a book because it keeps my brain active by imagining what i'm reading. however, some people find watching tv more efficient in keeping them awake because of the light projected, so try out a few different ways, i'd maybe suggest art as a good way because it keeps you busy and if you really get into it you can produce some great things you didn't know you were capable of :) good luck! Do you like games? If so, get involved in an addictive video game that will make the time fly by. Stop playing at 8pm, and crash out.
YoungMommy answered Tuesday July 19 2011, 1:20 pm: I just got over this problem. Stay up all day dont lay down or sit for too long. Take 5 hour energy keep active and the day will be over before you know it. Go to bed around 9 or 10 and youre all good :) [ YoungMommy's advice column | Ask YoungMommy A Question ]
QueenofBlues answered Tuesday July 19 2011, 11:44 am: I would take a couple naps throughout the day so it won't mess up your sleeping schedule, but I think after a few more hours you'll start to get your second wind :) it always happens to me. Take 5 hour energys or drink Monster/coffee...it can really help! [ QueenofBlues's advice column | Ask QueenofBlues A Question ]
