Washing my face

Question Posted Saturday July 9 2011, 8:15 am

I'm just wondering if washing my face with a warm/hot cloth twice a day, will actually help me get rid of pimples, aswell as prevent them? If not, whats a good, cost-free way to get rid of pimples as well as prevent them. thanks for ANY advice :)

You should be washing your face everyday, twice a day! When you wake up, and before you go to bed. Going to bed with makeup on can cause you to get pimples, it's just not good for your skin.

I recommend an oil free cleanser, one that wont dry out your skin. I use different cleansers, my favorite being Neutrogena Oil-free Acne Wash in grapefruit. It smells great and leaves my skin soft and for the most part, acne free!

i heard that if you crush an asprin and add a little water to make a paste and apply it to the affected area and leave it overnight this will help and yes you should wash as often as possible

Cost-free? Avoid touching your face clean it as often as possible. With cost i suggest going to a doctor and getting medication i had really bad acne and i went about a month ago they gave me pills and a gel and its cleared it up tremendously. Also steer clear of sugar and chocolate that will murder you. + its bad for your health.

Yes, It will help. Washing your face is very good and it erases all sweat glands, dirt and oil.

If you want to prevent future pimples as well, Avoid greasy foods and too much makeup.

Proactive is a good product but stay away from the oily face cleaners!
