I'm just wondering if washing my face with a warm/hot cloth twice a day, will actually help me get rid of pimples, aswell as prevent them? If not, whats a good, cost-free way to get rid of pimples as well as prevent them. thanks for ANY advice :)

I recommend an oil free cleanser, one that wont dry out your skin. I use different cleansers, my favorite being Neutrogena Oil-free Acne Wash in grapefruit. It smells great and leaves my skin soft and for the most part, acne free! [ c123's advice column | Ask c123 A Question ]

With cost i suggest going to a doctor and getting medication i had really bad acne and i went about a month ago they gave me pills and a gel and its cleared it up tremendously. Also steer clear of sugar and chocolate that will murder you. + its bad for your health. [ BasketBallBoy1245's advice column | Ask BasketBallBoy1245 A Question ]

If you want to prevent future pimples as well, Avoid greasy foods and too much makeup.
