yM boyfrined and i are very worried. He touched his pre-cum and than touched me dowm there? Could i get pregnat from this even if i started my period today?

Unless he stuck the finger into the vagina your chances of getting pregnant are just about nil. If you had your period after this happened you're golden. But do let the stress you have had over this question be a warning to be more careful in the future. Get on the pill and do it now and couple that with condom use to lower your chances of getting a disease.
