I was in the same situation as you and I found that a few things work...you can use one a small back massager which you can pick up at any drug store or places like walmart, super store, etc. If not a mechanical toothbrush works wonders. Get one from colgate that vibrates...there are some that the whole thing vibrates not just the brisles allowing it easy penetration. Hope I helped...inbox me if you need any other advice.

A massager is probably your best best. Try going to walmart or the local drugstore and find a mini massager that takes batteries. The smaller it is the easier it is to hide it from your parents. I hope this helps and good luck.
