Did you check the site I mentioned in my original answer (I think it was megatrax.com)? Or maybe try soundcloud.com?
If you can't find it there, you could try playing the episode on your computer, isolating the part where that song is played, and then ripping the audio...
It's kinda tough trying to find these songs, because this show didn't run long enough to have a soundtrack album put out (that I could find... Could be wrong!)... You could always email someone at Nickelodeon and ask them where you could get the song.
