My Boyfriend is won't make the move.
My boyfriend and i hang out all the time. we hoold hands nd we snuggle sometimes. if the room gets kinda quiet we'll just stare into eachothers eyes. it looks like he's gonna kiss me but he doesn't what should i do to get me to kiss me or what should i do to make the first move?

You should bring it up. Don't make the first move, but at least talk about kissing. There's no way he can avoid that :) be like "so babe, when am I going to get that kiss"?

When you have a moment where you are looking at eachother like that, Lean in! This gives your boyfriend the 'okay' signal, saying its alright to kiss you. If you pull away a bit, he will not want to.
To make the first move, you can always... kiss him! I had a shy boyfriend who wasn't willing to make that move once, so I decided to kiss him when we were in the middle of a 'moment'. Your boyfriend will likely be turned on and happy you were bold enough to do so. Other things you can do: touch his neck, gently pull his face closer to yours or kiss him beside his lips sort of on his cheek. he's probably just shy or thinks that you don't want to kiss him so when you're staring into each others eyes again you should look at his lips and lick yours this gives guys the heads up and if that still doesn't work you're just gonna have to make the first move and don't worry theres nothing wrong with girls making the first move
