i need advice is on my relationship
Im a college guy dating my high school sweetheart she is a year younger then me in high school and we had a fight and she dosen't believe me when i call her gorgouse or tell her how much i love her she keeps on trying to get me to say she is ugly, unattractive worthless and meaningless. cause i dated a modle along time ago. its ripping me apart inside cause she dosen't believe it when i say she is pretty. I can't be with out her of all the girls ive been with she means the most and can hurt me the most i dont know what to do if i dont say she is ugly she is leaving me and ive tried to convince her so so many times but she wont listen she says she loves me and shes im settling for secound best that i desever better then her. truth is i can only think of her and only image myself with her i need advice and some help please.

Dude, she needs a therapist. She obviously either has been mentally abused by her parents (women often repeat what they faced in their families with their mates) or she is suffering from depression or some other mental illness.
This is a lot more than you can handle. So you need to let her go. I know you will probably feel guilty dumping her, but you have to know when to hold 'em and when to fold 'em. We all ultimately have to take care of number one in this life because we are the only ones who can live our lives. So move on.
