safety precautions while pregnant
i am 17 years old and just fount out i was pregnant, my doctor told me some things but can you tell me some safety precautions i should take while being pregnant. i live in florida and it is really got. also i am only 7 weeks pregnant. any advice will help.

don't eat too much unhealthy food, umm the basics, lol dont drink or smoke. even one drink of alcohol can affect your baby permanently. also walking is good but dont workout too much in the heat as you could easily pass out and hurt your baby. other than that just live your life :) good luck with your pregnancy
