Does he like / have feelings for me?
Well there's this guy who's close to my family. He's about 2 years older than me and I don't really see him that often. The thing is, I keep on having this feeling that he likes me more than in a 'friendly' way. Some reasons are: he always says 'hi' and my name to me whenever he see's me. He also smiles at me most of the time. He once touched my arm (it may have been to get my attention), but it was in a really sweet way. Also, he used to always stare at me and sometimes it was like we were staring at each other for ages (but maybe its just my imagination).
Anyway, so do you think he has feelings for me or am I just overreacting?

Well.. the fact you said he says your name.. he touches your arm... smiles... those are all those signs that he likes you , but might be just REALLY friendly.. I mean you never know.. I think like the other person says he does like , I agree with the other person saying that he does have feelings just no idea how to express it.. just please be careful! You are not overreacting on anything... it's clear what he says.
Now it is just up to you if you like him or not!

basically to me it seems like he has feelings for you but doesnt know how to express those feelings . you should be totally up front to him and say we need to be truthful to each other , because if you both are realy good friends then he would understand the whole truthful thing so i think you both should talk it out because you never know , he might feel the same way about you ,
