If you eat really good (veggies, carbs, fruit and protein) and exersize 5 hours each week then you're fine!
I'm also a 12 year old girl and weigh 70.2 pounds but I eat obnoxiously healthy and exersize 2-5 hours a day. (yes, I'm the sporty girl in which everything comes natural to) but i've been told at 12 you don't need to worry about weight because we're all different :)

But at 127 pounds, it'd be hard for you to be overweight. And without being condescending, 12 is far too young to worry, when you're clearly in the healthy weight range.
