suicidal thoughts after being dumped without warning for no reason I know of!
I am having trouble dealing with a break up. I love this girl more then anything in the world. And I feel I am . . .I don't know. Not good enough. We were amazing for years. Then out of nowhere she sends me a text saying " I want to break up" I asked why and she said "I don't love you anymore". And it broke my heart and now I am having suicidal thoughts. I can't lose her and she is gone. Can anyone please tell me how to get better? She didn't give any reasons or nothing. She doesn't want anything to do with me anymore.

The first step towards moving on is learning to accept.
Break ups are hard and not easy but life does get better and it does go on. Right now the best thing to do would be to get out of the house and do things you enjoy doing. Hang with friends, Go to the library, Spend time with family and be social.
You are good enough, I was always taught that when one door closes another opens and it's true. There are many others out there that would love to be with you but you need to allow yourself to get out there and meet people. This can be a few months down the line if it needs too but it will eventually get better.
I ended things with my last partner, We were together for 5 years despite me being the one to call it off it was still a hard process. The way I got over it was I told myself that everything happens for a reason and as painful as it is I will get over it with time and I did. I told myself that I can do better..and I did that too but I did it all in time. Don't dwell over her it's not worth it.

You sound like a very caring person and to be honest it doesn't sound like this girl gave you the respect you deserve. You say that you have been together for years and yet she breaks up with you over a text? Doesn't that seem strange to you? She didn't even have the decency to talk to you in person? I'm sorry but you don't do that to someone, regardless of the situation.
If she is speaking the truth, people do fall out of love, even if there are no problems in the relationship, you shouldn't think any less of yourself. Whatever her reasoning is, you do deserve an explanation.
I understand the pain you are going through, I'm sure that most everyone goes through it in their life but you must believe that life goes on. Your going to find someone someday who will appreciate you for who you are, the good things, even your flaws.
