What the hell is going on with this world ending on Saturday crap? My vacation starts Saturday and I'm really not trying to head to hell instead of the beach. Any info would be great.

Some believe that for the 7 years after that will be plagued with war, natural disasters...etc, and some believe itll happen before. But in the bible it states that no one, not even jesus or the angels, will no when it happens, yet people think they can predict it. There have been many days people thought it would happen and it didnt.
So basically, youre fine. Have a nice vacation!

hitler_the_goat answered Thursday May 19 2011, 11:49 pm: this is just like back in the 1800s, people thought the world was going to end in 1845, and had a big hoop-la about it, only to be proven wrong. this is just a bunch of religous wingnuts with a flim-flam calendar system predicting the end of the world in order to convert more people to their faith. the same thing happened back in the 1960s when everybody was expecting the US and the Soviet Union to engulf the planet in a Nuclear Holocaust, and in the late 90s when everybody was afraid of the Y2K bug. and it will be the same with this december 21st 2012 thing too.
don't worry about these silly people.
