I wouldn't worry for now-he might want to take things slowly.
If it gets to two weeks,then yeh i'd worry. You need to sit down and have a talk to him about it, so that he'll think your serious.
Just kinda start by saying "So what did you feel about us kissing" and see where things lead.
It's to early to act yet though-give it another week as he may want to take his time to make the second kiss as great as the first. Good luck :)
