What do i do if my bffl and i like the same person?
I don't know what category this would go into but i chose this one. I'm ten years old and I am a girl, though.So, my friend Maddie and I like the same guy. However, she doesn't know that I like him. I feel awful for, like, lying to her and I'm afraid that if I tell her, she won't be my friend anymore!She's been so loyal to me and I have been loyal to her but if she leaves my friendship list, I feel like I'll have no life! I don't want our friendship to split up but I still want to like the person I like. What do I do?! Someone, please help!

I really think that you should talk this over with her and and see how she feels about it. She seems like someone you can trust thats ironic for 10 year olds to be like that. It seems to be that your best friend really thrusts you. Usually girls at your age don't really tell any one when they like someone they know they can thrust. I think that she thrusts you allot.
Here is what I think of the situation: If you don't tell her, she will (as your friends) obviously notice that you like him. Since you like him you probably stare at him or at least give off some sign. She will notice and confront you with it. When you lie to her, she will know the truth. That is what will break your friend ship. Not telling the truth. Truth is the most important thing in a friend ship. And once that is broken there is allot of tension. I say that you should just tell her the truth, tell her that you like him.
It is very frequent that someone emails me telling me about similar situations as you. It is very common that best friends are into the same guys. Mostly because friends are made by people having things in common. Since you are you friend have things in common it is easy for you to fall for the same guy.
Tell her that you like him. And if she really is a good friend she will not mind. It is better to tell her now than her knowing you have been keeping it a secret from her. And if she is okay with it. Promise to each other that you will not make a competition out of it and that you will stay friends no matter what.
