I'm 18 years old and 35 weeks pregnant. I've been trying to quit smoking my whole pregnancy but i throw up for days everytime i try and winde up starting again. I love my baby girl and im so scared she's going to have asthma or need to be on a machine after she's born. I'm so ashamed of myself but i have no idea what to do. Any advice on how to quit? And any info on what can happen since ive been smoking?

Maybe if you can't stop cold turkey, try cutting out one cigarette a day. That's a good place to start. Keep yourself busy with other things with the urge comes up. If you can go a couple days without one cigarette a day, try to cut down one more... and so forth.
