hi, i have heaps of freckles on my thighs and around my vagina! ive had them forever, will they ever go away? help!

Freckles usually do not go away, however they do fade over time, they are sun damaged spots and should fade over the years, but they will never completely go away, freckles are nothing to be ashamed about.
