rotXinXpieces answered Monday April 18 2011, 7:56 pm: Ahh, I had the same thing going on with the guy I'm currently dating. Sometimes you just gotta do it first, even if you don't wanna. If he sees you do something, he'll probably think it's all right and start slowly crawling out of his shell. When I started dating my boyfriend, I was waiting for him to make the first move, so I gave up and just grabbed his hand and said "We're going to hold hands, is that okay?" And of course he was turning all red and just nodding, but now he's the one who does things, like kissing and hugging me. Maybe try it out or drop hints by brushing your arm again him or licking your lips or say your cold... It sounds kinda corny, but hey! It actually works :)

If dropping hints doesn't work, you could try making the first move or even talking to him about it.
