some buttons not working when i click on them

Question Posted Monday April 18 2011, 8:16 am

Hi, Since today, when I use my mouse to click on the back arrow to go back a page, it doesn't work. It changes colour like it should when it would be working, but doesn't go back a page.

If I use alt and left arrow on keyboard that works, but I would really like to get it working with my mouse.

The same thing happens when I try to use the refresh button with my mouse. It changes colour, but no refresh happens, yet when I do function and F5 it works.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

1) your mouse may have a slight key press problem or you could remove the refresh and back button, then reload them on by going into : tools, and then onto add-ons or right click at the top of your page and press customize
2) you may also want to check your computer for viruses, Norton 360 really works well
hope this helps

P.S
wishing you the best of luck!
