Cranberry is great for your liver and kidneys but won't cleanse the whole body. Try drinking some detox teas and heading to the vitamin store for some good cleansers. Just be prepared when you start cleansing, stay near a bathroom as things will start coming out of you at unexpected times. If you want to lose some weight, you need to change your eating habits and don't bring any junk food into the house. Taking away the temptation is a big part of the battle. I hope this helps and good luck.
