i try to get 7-9 hrs sleep. i dont oversleep or i dont get too little sleep. but then it hits around 2-6 i get sooo sleepy. I just go home and crash. When im with my friends they would like to go other places but i be so sleepy and just go home and sleep. I just want to know how to be more energizes. I wanna be the type who is full of energy. I can be some day but usually i just get sleepy and when i get sleepy i usually get quiet and cranky. I dont wanna be like that all the time. Well and advice thanks :)
also i eat right and i exercise correctly and drink daily doses of water.
