i try to get 7-9 hrs sleep. i dont oversleep or i dont get too little sleep. but then it hits around 2-6 i get sooo sleepy. I just go home and crash. When im with my friends they would like to go other places but i be so sleepy and just go home and sleep. I just want to know how to be more energizes. I wanna be the type who is full of energy. I can be some day but usually i just get sleepy and when i get sleepy i usually get quiet and cranky. I dont wanna be like that all the time. Well and advice thanks :)

also i eat right and i exercise correctly and drink daily doses of water.

have you ever figured that maybe you are emotionally tired? instead of being really physically tired?
try meditation.
meditation is like an awake, nap.
it re-energizes your soul,mind and body..
i know some people aren't into that stuff, but just try it! what's the harm (:! it really helps.
