If you have a bad reputation, change it - not who you are completely. You shouldn't want to be anyone else, but you can change your personality for the better. All you have to do is start fresh. Apologize to the people who you were mean to and for what you have done. Start treating everyone nicely and just be friendly. Also, don't think of yourself as "not smart" because I'm sure that's not true. You need to have a little more self-confidence in yourself. You can be friends with anyone you want to as long as you treat them nicely. You can always change your reputation, you're only 15 so it's not too late. Good luck <3
